I cannot connect suddenly with Firefox browser! I have no selections across top - file - edit - view, etc. Nothing! I am on Windows 10. Please help

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
