HOW DOES ONE CREATE NEW GROUP AND NAMING IT?

1) DOWNLOADED NEW TAP GROUPS ADD ON 2) when I create new group it allows me to create new group and cannot name it for referrance. 3) Right clicking on TAB on title bar does NOT allow me to MOVE tab to GROUP--no option. 4) Downloaded most recent version of FIREFOX

I want to create new group, name it, then drag drop the over loaded TOP TAB bar allowing me to organize the tabs according to subject
