fresh install on re-fromatted win10 machine constantly crashing

Hi there

Have installed the latest Firefox version (79 64bit) on a freshly formatted install of Win10 on Surface Pro5 and when I try to start Firefox it crashes almost instantly. I get the pop up asking to send to Mozilla (which I do) and also if I want to start i safe mode.....when starting in safe mode it crashes as well

Have been trying to get this to work for hours now so any help or advice gratefully received
