If I have had a couple of email from the same person they now appear as a list. Sometimes I need to print off one email in this thread or just open one email in it's own page. Can I turn this option off and how? Thanks so much!

Firefox doesn't "do" email.

Firefox does display web mail, like at Gmail, Yahoo!Mail, and other portals. Or Firefox can be linked to your email application that is on your device.

This would be question for support for whatever you use for reading / sending / receiving your email.
