What does this image mean?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? What is/are the exact error message(s) ?
How did this image come up?
My programs, such as Word, and the Firefox browser all have “not responding”. Everything locks up, freezes, and all of a sudden that image I attached comes up full screen size. There are not any error messages, just this image. My laptop either shuts off or that image goes away but nothing will respond for a while. I am not a techie so that’s the best I can describe it.
What's your computer system and Firefox version?
The picture you posted, were the images like you are showing, or were they on top of each other?
My computer is an HP i5 laptop with Windows 10 and I know I have the current up-to-date version of Firefox. The picture I posted is the image exactly as it was on the screen. I just wanted to know what the image means. It has happened three times in the last couple of weeks.
I called for more help.
Sorry for all the questions. I don't know what the picture is.
Can you say what you were doing when the trouble starts?
watching a clip, surfing, nothing . . . .
Is this with all websites/pages, some, a few?

Hello Julie,
The photo you uploaded shows (from left to right) something that looks like a distorted Firefox logo; a blue button with unreadable text; then something that looks like an image of two phones and then a huge X.
Would it be possible for you to upload a screenshot, when this page appears again ?
