Sometimes when I go to a website a completely new window opens in the background. I would prefer to keep all the windows open under tabbed browsing. I did a bit of searching, including searching for a help contact but I could not find an answer.

Hi bigkjordan,

To prevent the new tab from opening a new window you can change this in the settings.

  • Click on [about:preferences#general].
  • Under "Tabs" uncheck "Open new windows in a new tab instead" .

Open a new link, did the preference change?
