Why caint I bring up my Spectrum account anymore for I need to check my balance & service options?

I have already solved my problem by clicking on the lock button & at the bottom it said clear cookies & site data. When I did that this allowed me to bring up my Spectrum account page, thankfully! I am now able to sign in to my Spectrum account

Hi EJ_Clark, what happens when you try to access that page? For example:

  • Error page: could you copy/paste its contents into a reply?
  • Error popup: what does it say?
  • Sent back to login again
  • Blank page
  • Something else happens...

I have already solved my problem by clicking on the lock button & at the bottom it said clear cookies & site data. When I did that this allowed me to bring up my Spectrum account page, thankfully! I am now able to sign in to my Spectrum account
