Ever since the end of February Firefox has had a habit of crashing on me at random, usually just a tab or so but there's been times where the whole browser just ups and crashes. I am using Firefox 73.0.1 (64-bit) on a Windows 7 Professional computer.

1. This mainly occurs when viewing a video (mostly Youtube), scrolling down on pages, or opening or switching to a new tab.

2. Beforehand if there were issues it would take a few seconds to load the tab, now it just instantly crashes.

3. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing, clearing everything, turning off add-ons, and changing options and nothing has worked. At best, I've stopped it from crashing on launch and disabling add-ons.

4. This issue does not happen on other browsers, nor has my computer shown any unusual behavior.

5. It did not start immediately with the new update, which I got the 20th. It started occurring a week or so after.

My RAM seems to be fine,

The issue appears to have been resolved however. It seems there was a bug involving offline data and cache that kept crashing Firefox and deleting it. When it got a chance to actually store the data the crashes stopped and Firefox is running. Or the newest version of Firefox fixed the problem. Thanks for the assist though!

That was very good work. Well Done. Please flag your last post as Solved Problem as this can help others with similar problems.

Firefox keeps crashing in all under my control of three Windows 10 computers. Just randomly, sometimes right after launch, usually when opening new tab or just new page. Feels a bit more often when there are tens of tabs and several windows open but it happens too when there is only one window with few tabs.

About crashes: "No crash reports have been submitted". I.e. crashes happen without any feedback information!

Some of updates have mitigated the problem but then (after another update?) the phenomena is appearing again and keeps ... annoying. After re-launch all tabs can be restored like nothing happened. There are only two extensions related to eID and three plug-ins (OpenH264, Shockwave Flash and Widevine). Restarting with Adds-on disabled does not help. Clearing the history, cookies, etc. does not help. I have remarkably big bookmarks menu inherited from early times of Firefox (quite useless but has some nostalgic-historical value). Might this be a reason?
