This seems like a Group Policy issue, unless this is something which can be set by administrators using autoconfig.js. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/customizing-firefox-using-autoconfig

If you are in a Windows network, you should probably talk to your network admin.

You aren't using Firefox now, so we do not see your user agent string. What version of Firefox and Windows are you using?
