Click on an .eml-file

Dialog opens which asks me if I want to Open or Save the file.

I choose to open the file, but first I click on the Browse button to choose Outlook as the program to open with. (image 1, 2, in swedish)

Click Ok.

Outlook tries to start, but can't, and gives the error message "The command line argument is not valid. Verify the switch you are using." (image 3, in swedish)

In other browsers (Edge, Chrome), the same file (from same page and link) opens in Outlook with no problem. Mime-type is set to message/rfc822.
