I get plenty of links in my emails asking for this/that and other and to click on the link... I would like to know if there's a plugin available to help determine if the link is safe to open.... When I enter the question I get back 2600 help links but NONE relate to my question....I went thru 20 pages and stopped.

Mc, thanks for the feedback... the second two sites are great and I appreciate the info, but still doesn't answer my question about Firefox, unless they don't have one.

All Firefox can do is to display what the web sends it. For what you want, you need to use protection programs.

Example: Go to the Mozilla Add-ons Web Page {web Link} (There’s a lot of good stuff here) and search for a good ad blocker.

You can search the addons website for suitable extensions. Most security software has an extension that allows to check links.

Any reason to know this?

THANKS AHEAD OF TIME AND FORWARD THIS IF NECESSARY TO ANOTHER TOPIC AREA, WHICH I COULDN'T FIND...'

1--how do I respond to Help Questions on this link: [[COMMUNITY SUPPORT FORUM|https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/firefox?filter=recently-unanswered&show=all]]

2--don't know what it is, but I can't seem to find the link into The Support Community to ask a question...it winds up me getting caught in a Catch 22 vicious circle...

3--everywhere I search for Restoring Tabs in Version 72, 'ALL' answers tell me to A-go to General, then B-go to Start-up and then C-Select Restore Previous Tabs...that may have worked on earlier versions but not in versions 60-72

4--COMMENT: there should be a way that the system would be able to recognize a question WITH A VERSION NO. LISTED as opposed to a GENERAL answer that is not always common in all versions, even tho there is indeed a lot of Commonality problems and answers.
