I want an option to adjust the length of bookmarks in the toolbar to fit more in.
I decided to make Firefox my default browser, but contrary to I.E., I am unable to find an option to reduce the size or choose "just icons" for the webpages in the Bookmarks toolbar. For Instance, In I.E., NCAA websites can be just E NCAA, as oppossed to E NCAA College Footbal. Or Selco vs Selco Community Cr... If I.E. was able to provide an option to choose the length of websites in the toolbar, I would like to have that option with Firefox.

Hi! Iatonn I think this answer is helpful to you,
First of all Open your browser , then select the icon located at the upper-right corner of the window.
Select “Bookmarks” > “Bookmark manager“.
Select “Bookmarks bar” on the left side.
Right-click each individual bookmark, select “Edit“, then remove the name of the website.
Alternately, you can choose to simply shorten the name of the bookmark.

Hi latonn7, There are a number of extensions which help you with Bookmarks: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search/?platform=windows&q=Bookmarks&type=extension
I usually edit the name of the bookmark when I create it. The name can always be edited later, also. Another useful choice which I use is to create folders on my toolbar.

Thanks Dinushi! It seemed easier in Internet Explorer to understand without help. With your help, I was able to shorten each one to my liking.
Thanks also to My_Cheese_Is_Slippin', I actually have one folder that I created that way, and may make more down the road, but my preference is to not have a lot of folders.
Note that you can edit the name of a bookmark on the Bookmarks Toolbar and in the sidebar via the right-click context menu in the Properties.
Thanks for your help! I'm good now.
