Removing Top site suggestions or opening Firefox without it opening to "Top sites"
Can you stop your site from opening to your "Top sites" ? I can't use them at all and they truly are an annoyance to see open every time I open Fire Fox when I need to use them.I don't need to open YouTube from from there,it isn't helpful at all opening Firefox and facing that.Only you people with no eye problems can stand that or enjoy seeing site they use or don't use.Firefox wasn't doing that until I uninstalled it for offering search suggestions when I've requested it not.Those sites are not top sites for me,just you people who enjoy seeing those site immediately after opening Firefox. You were my number one site till you started word suggesting against my wishes.I don't need you telling me what to think or what city clear on another coast I've got no interest in.Not trying to be disrespectful it's simply that I've got no interest in places I never want to be.

Go to configuration - start page - top websites - highlights and
uncheck.
I reinstalled it and I've not found configurations and noting is in it upper left hand or right hand corner to deselect? On your Top Sites page,there I see nothing you've described
How do I go to Configuration? Tell where to find those steps.They are not obvious anywhere on either page you've said are available and I need to go to?

JohannHan is right, if you go the menu (three dots icon), Settings, General and then Home, you can select Top Sites under Panels and turn off this feature.
To turn off Search Suggestions, select the menu button again, select Settings and then Search. The option to turn off Search Suggestions is at the bottom of the screen.
