Can Firefox 68.0.0 support shapes in css.whenever I click links it takes me to unwated webpages

A) i tried with shape css code it doesnot open the webpage as it shouldbe. It shows ignoring shape code. B) whenever I click links it takes me to unwated webpages please advise.
