My name is Jorge Balles Ocanto, I live in Unquillo (Cordoba - Argentina) and I turn to someone who has knowledge about how this browser works.

Sorry if I'm upset but I do not have much idea of how to generate a request for help with the people of Mozilla.

Step to describe the problem, for two or three days (approximately) when I try to "Edit" an "Event" of the "Calendar" of my GMail account, I do not see the "Scroll bar" to the right of the "Event" ", with the inconvenience that I can not add or remove info.

For a moment I thought it was something from GMail, or from Google, but it does not happen if I open the Mail from Chrome, with which I deduce that it is something from Mozilla.

If you can help me, I'll thank you, my email is jballesocanto@gmail.com in case someone wants to contact me.

Thank you very much and I'm waiting for an answer.

Greetings.

Saludos.

Hello JABO07,

Try this solution:

Open your menu (3-bar button) Select Customize At the bottom Select Density Set Density to Normal or Compact

(see the screenshot)

I hope this helps!

Hello again JABO07,

If I understand you correctly:

When you edit an event, the area which you are referring to will auto-scroll as you add text in the text box. (See the attached screenshot)

You can see what I mean if you begin typing then press and hold the Enter key in that text box.

I'm sorry if I misunderstood you earlier.

Dear My_Cheese_Is_Slippin, again thanks for your input. Unfortunately the problem remains unresolved. Below I will describe in more detail what the inconvenience is, maybe I have been the person who expressed myself badly. I have an Event in the Calendar, which is called X, which has, as content, personal data, addresses, etc. When I click on the Event, it opens and allows me to see that info, moreover, the scroll bar that is on the right of the Event appears and allows me to do Scroll, being able to see all the content. When I click on the pencil to "Edit event", the Event opens completely, but the scroll bar no longer appears, which does not allow me to see the content, much less be able to edit it. The strange thing about all this is that it started to happen from one day to the next, without me having made any changes in the Mozilla browser, which is what I have always been and is the default in my computers (PC and Notebook) . The weirdest thing is that, with the Chrome browser that does not happen, the Event opens, the scroll bar appears on the right and allows me to edit it as I want. If you are so kind as to send me an e-mail address I will attach an image of what I am referring to, since I do not know what else to do. Thank you very much for your collaboration and excuse my way of expressing myself as I do it through Google Translate. Greetings.My_Cheese_Is_Slippin said

Hi JABO07,

If you could attach an image here, on the forum, others might know exactly what it is that you need to do to resolve your problem.

Hi JABO07,

I see in your last image where there is no scroll bar.

There is nothing below the text box. The entire area, outlined in red in my screenshot, will automatically scroll as you enter text in the text box.

The first three images correspond to how Mozilla shows it to me, there is no scroll bar, and it does not allow me to edit the event. The other three with Chrome Browser, where if I can move and make an edit.

Hello again JABO07, Apparently, there is an issue with the Google Calendar. Some people are reporting the same problem even in Chrome browser.

Here is a Community Forum thread on the issue:

Hello, Everything looks good. Go to your Calendar. You should see the toolbar button for the extension changed as shown. And now a scroll bar.

The screenshot shows that you apply the rule to a specific URL. It is better to apply the rule to the domain (calendar.google.com), so click the arrow in the URL field and also modify the value.
