After upgrades FireFox login does not work
Firefox will not let me login after the last couple of upgrades. It does not recognize my email or password. I have been using Firefox and logging in using xxxxxxx@xxx.xxx for many years, but with the last couple of upgrades, I can no longer login and I am getting a red letter message that I am not recognized as a user or account holder. This is an unacceptable consequence of doing one of your upgrades. When I try to do a password reset, I get a message that all my notes, bookmarks, pages, etc, will be deleted for security reasons. Bad policy, bad way to treat a long time user. PLEASE fix this problem so I can continue to use Firefox and the features I have had for a couple of decades. email is xxxxxxx@xxx.xxx

Never post any personal information because an adware robot could find it, and start sending you all kinds of spam. This includes e-mail, phone, and home information.
Please remove that information from your post.
Are you sure the pics you posted are from Mozilla or Firefox?
If you can't get access to your sync account page, I suggest creating a new account.
Type about:accounts<enter> in the address bar. [v57+] https://accounts.firefox.com/settings
In case of issues try to log in to the Firefox Account directly via this website.
