I can not access to my bookmarks of a disconnected Device while there seem to be data in the firefox-Sync-Konto

The other device will need to have been connected to the web recently to have been able to be sync with your Firefox Account and for your to see those bookmarks on new device (further to a successful sync with your Firefox Account).
