<p>Is it possible that even when you close the tab, the site still has a service worker running? You can view registered service workers by typing or pasting <strong>about:serviceworkers</strong> in the address bar and pressing Enter/Return to load it.

</p><p>Hmm, It seams These where for webex teams and when I close that tab then it goes away.
</p><p>I wonder if webex and webex teams is using the same domain for media and it causes this issue.
