It is as if my Quantum FF browser froze stuck when I tried searching the search field with the question "Why does my the software support.com mimic my SuperantiSpyware.exe app?" When I typed that in and clicked on search icon, nothing happened. And yet I was able to navigate out of the page to other Mozilla related pages. It's like there was another software 'monitoring' and not allowing changes to other webpages or to do searches. Earlier, I had read that the SuperantiSpyware.exe software get recommended and I liked it. But unfortunately, it started to start running , but when I checked the properities, the owner was no longer Superanitspyware but a company called Support.com? This was after I had changed the file and folder permissions to allow System access to the software file and folder I had installed SuperantiSpyware to. Now it looks like the Superantispyware software is running (and its Ui Dashboard Console), but when I check with TaskManager and look at it's properities , I see it was sponsored by someone else (I mean the software itself as seen in the properties submenu of Taskmanager for the .exe file - it doesn't mention SuperantiSpware.exe ; the digital signatures page for the software now says Support.com instead of the name of SuperantiSpyware company!!).
