TBird tile greyed out in Windows 10 Start Menu

Very odd.. whenever I reboot my PC, the Thunderbird app tile is greyed out. Resizing the tile large and then back to medium works, but that's a pain.This was happening for a few other tiles as well but a Microsoft article took care of all the other apps. So looks like it's an app-by-app thing. Now only Thinderbird remain. Any ideas?
