How do I export all emails and folder structure so that I can import to webmail (roundcube/Horde etc) Also address book

I have spent quite a long time now trying to do this but I am very unsure if I can do this the correct way

My problem is that I am wanting to export all the emails and folder structure from thunderbird (I have linked TBird to my hosting server email). The exported files & folder structure etc would then be imported to same brand Webmail (roundcube/Horde) on a new server.

The predicament here is that I am transfering the domain to another hosting company. When that is done I loose my emails so the backup of emails has to be done first. I am not sure that I will be successful and it will be to late when the migration is done if i do this wrong.

I am new to Tbird. Also looking to connect my address book from my server hosting into Tbird so I can also backup to send into new server webmail too.

Hoping I can get some good guidence

Thanks in advance (fingers crossed)
