unable to upload mp3 to synthzone

Synthzone is a forum to upload mp3 files recorded on a keyboard to share with others.I have uploaded many times.To upload to Synthzone they have a "file manager " button to press to browse.For some reason this now also selects the Firefox file manager also which prevents me from uploading the mp3 files,can anyone help?
