Hello!! i'm bad know english well use translate. When buying on ebay, there was a problem. More precisely, the site points to an outdated version of the browser, although I have 61.0.2 (64-bit version). After resetting the settings and clearing the browser when you try again, everything works out. No additions have been installed. Restarting with disabled add-ons does not help. Tell me, what is the problem and how to solve it? If necessary, I can provide a log, just tell me how.

Unfortunately addon issues are for the creators themselves to address. This is just for the FF Browser issue itself.

The header of your question reads "problem with add-on", but your system details show only one (inactive) extension.

The real problem seems to be eBay saying that you're using an outdated Firefox version - your user agent looks just fine, so that can't be it.

Would you please take a look at this thread and see if maye something there applies to your situation  ?

Sorry. When less understood that this is not a supplement problem forgot to fix the title of the topic. As it turned out, this is not just an ebay problem. on aliexpress the problem is similar. moreover, the link that you gave does not open. and this problem also sometimes appears on various sites. No add-ons and no changes can be made. P.S.I opened the link to another (microsoft edge) browser. perhaps this is the problem of the shopping sites themselves, but why then the edge has no such problem. it is necessary through it to pay for purchases and to open some links.

the link that you gave does not open.

It takes a few seconds, but that link should open.

But as other sites say that you're using an outdated browser as well, would it be possible for you to provide a screenshot of such message  ?

If you need help to create a screenshot, please see :

How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box.

On the first screenshot, the problem with opening a link. on the second with the transition to the payment page. On aliexpress nothing happens at all. the site freezes for a minute, then unfreezes and nothing happens.

I think it's account settings, because after cleaning the browser everything works fine for a while, but after the sync again issues problems.

With 'after the cleaning' do you mean chache (and cookies)  ?

Thank you for those screenshots, by the way.

I must admit that I haven't a clue as to what's going on here - you only have problems when you use Sync  ?

Anyway, I would like you to take a look at this article (I doubt if it will help, but just in case) :

https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-firefox-outdated-or-incompatible

(This article is no longer maintained, so its content might be out of date - how ironic .... )

I sure hope that somebody else will see this and come to your rescue  !

As far as I understand this is not a cache and not cookies, because after the reset (in the screenshot), the sites remain open under my passwords and with my settings

no. all my devices (phone, tablet, desktop) sync without any problem

I'm sorry I haven't been able to help you .....
