Hi TRen13, there is a checkbox to turn on/off the RoboForm "lower" toolbar. Could you check whether it is "on"? To do that:

You will want to open RoboForm Options. Possibly their toolbar button on the main toolbar can do it, or open the Add-ons page using either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+a (Mac: Command+Shift+a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons
  • type or paste about:addons in the address bar and press Enter/Return

In the left column of the Add-ons page, click Extensions.

Then find RoboForm on the right side.

  • If it is enabled, click its Options button.
  • If it is disabled, first click its Enable button, then click its Options button.

Then look for the "lower toolbar" checkbox. Here's the old screenshot from June 2017: https://prod-cdn.sumo.mozilla.net/uploads/images/2017-06-22-12-56-03-f46384.png

(I don't have a newer screenshot because I tried it briefly and didn't buy it.)

Hi, no there is no phone number, Support for Firefox is done this way and is performed by Volunteers.

Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 28.0 r0 by removing it with this tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html If you use it Reinstall with Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.134 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

As there are many ways to customize Firefox could you please expand on the Toolbar at the Bottom and describe it and what it does/did. Thanks.

Hi, please stop making new questions. You have made 5 Questions now. All other 4 have to be worked on by me, and someone else to lock them up as we are doing HELP here:

Please do not use Caps as it is considered shouting and is rude.

Please explain as per my 1st response :

Wow, I guess I never realized that mozilla didn't offer any customer service. I honestly don't know what to do or how to respond, sorry for all the questions, however, I wasn't getting any answers? I had a tool bar menu at added to the bottom of my page, it has disappeared and I have no idea how to re-add it?

It just had many items, quick links that I could click on to access, I honestly don't know all that was on it, I never paid that great of attention to it as Mozilla always created it back for me again after any updates, it didn't do it this time, I have no idea where it is or how to find it. I'm actually really smart except for technical computer issues which I don't get and frustrate me to no end.

Hi, we were responding but it does take time for your question to get loaded and responded to by email after my reply here.

Also we are Volunteers doing this. There is not really any staff here.

I have no clue as to what you were using prior to the update. It may have been a Extension or it could have been a Toolbar that got moved to the bottom.

I would not know as Firefox does not come with a Toolbar at the bottom unless press Ctrl + F for the Find Bar. Which finds words on Web Pages.

Could you please go to 3 Bar Menu then add-ons or Tools--.add-ons if that top Menu Bar is turned on.

Please click on Extensions are there any that are there that show they are disabled or missing ?

Please go here and let me know if you have a folder called userChrome :

thanks for your reply, as I said, I need very specific instructions, like; click on this, then click on that, then click on this, then press ok? Otherwise, I will not be able to do it, sorry, just one area of expertise that I rely on others for? Maybe it's time to go back to explorer, as I can't seem to figure this one out? I went and looked at the 3 bars, clicked and didn't see anything that I thought was missing.

I tried that link and honestly wasn't sure what I was supposed to do? I certainly didn't find what you were asking me? I have got to get ready for another meeting, really don't have the time or patience for this anymore, so if there is not an easy fix (it just use to pop up and ask if I wanted to add it to the bottom) to finding and re-adding a tool bar menu back to the bottom, I'll just remove Mozilla from my computer and just use explorer or some other web browser, thanks.

No, nothing there about disabled add ons that I could find, gotta go, is there an easy fix or not please and thanks?
