Hi, the synchronization has stopped working on computers, although the system is logged on. Neither the bookmarks, nor the add-ons, nor the rest is synchronized. When you hover the cursor on the "update" button in the upper right corner, the "last synchronization on January 1" prompt appears (today is May 14). I did a factory default reset on one of the computers, but that did not help. I attach below the text of the file error-sync-1526289870190.txt, if this helps to understand. Thank you)

Yeah, the error is NS_ERROR_CONNECTION_REFUSED for a host that is up and accepting connections, hence my suspicion the OP might be in a country that is blocking AWS.

You can post the contents of that text file to PasteBin. https://pastebin.mozilla.org/

Make sure you select a month for data retention (the default is one day) and then post the resultant URL for your paste to this thread.

I don't know what you posted. My Sync 1.61.0 version error log in Firefox 60 doesn't look like that.

I don't recognize anything except for what is listed under 1. and that section is so scrambled that is basically unreadable. Each line in a sync-log starts with the time/date like this 1526286335841 and each line of code following the respective time stamp has a carriage return at the end to start a new line. Left side of each line has the time stamp.

2. and beyond look like the contents of Troubleshooting Information

This what I would expect to see: https://pastebin.mozilla.org/9085419

I think we're going to have a Sync developer try to help you. Far beyond my limited knowledge of Sync.

I just sent a PM to a Sync developer to try to help you.

That log shows Firefox can't connect to the sync storage servers. What country are you in? Some countries have blocked access to amazon services which is what we use, and this looks alot like that might be happening here.

I re-formatted the first part of the error log. It shows that there is a network problem.

markhammond, thank you, you are most likely right. I'm from Russia. This may be due to the Rostelecom's blocking (attempt) of the Telegram website. I read that this affected many other resources. Then I will wait for the problem to be resolved by forces that do not depend on me.

Thanks for confirming - we are starting to see a number of reports like this.
