What do you mean; won't let the Adobe flash player work ?

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP- in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.

The user agent shows you run Firefox in compatibility mode (Windows 95).

  • User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 4.0; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/52.0

Check that you do not run Firefox in compatibility mode. You can open the Properties of the Firefox desktop shortcut via the right-click context menu and check the "Compatibility" tab. Make sure that all items are deselected in the "Compatibility" tab of the Properties window.
