Sync stores the authentication credentials of the Firefox Sync account in the Password Manager, so you need to enter the master password to unlock the passwords.

yes. When i see master-password i just click cancel button and nothing happen. Why? I remember that before the browser was closed, if I refused to enter the master password

If you cancel the MP prompt then you won't be connected to Sync and thus your data will not be uploaded to the Sync server and synced to other connected devices in case there are such devices.

You can hover the Sync Now icon next to your Sync email address in the "3-bar" Firefox menu button drop-down list to see a tooltip with the last Sync time and possibly click the Sync Now icon to initiate a sync and get the MP prompt.

I just need any extra protection from penetrations by means of viruses and Trojans. Someone managed to steal my money right when I was at the computer.

Most viruses and Trojans are designed for MS-W.

So IF you really want extra protection from penetrations by means of viruses and Trojans, change your operating system to Linux or Unix or AppleMac.

Since then found using and managing computers and browsing so much easier.

From MS-W the change looks more than it is.

BTW due brain injury it takes me a while to learn new things, yet soon found everything worked nicely, after that did learn easier.
