On a web site I go to frequently, despite knowing that pages have been updated with new information, I find myself directed to old pages.

I have had other people check the links and they work fine for them. I have refreshed many times to no avail. I have removed my tab for that web site and re-loaded from the browser- still not working.

Separate Issue; Your System Details shows;

Installed Plug-ins

Norton Safe Search 2.3.0.24 (nortonsafesearch_ul@symantec.com) Norton Safe Search 2.6.1.9 (nortonsafesearch_ul_2@symantec.com)
Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Do you use a bookmark or are you starting with the main (home) page of this website?

If you use a bookmark then navigate to the web page starting with the main page or the sign in page in case there is a problem with this bookmark or there is some GET or POST data in the link.

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
  • press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
