I am receiving notifications from Facebook, despite both Facebook, and Firefox macOS 10.13 saying they are off/blocked?

Every day when I log into my MacBook for work, it says 54 Facebook or whatever notifications. Disabling was easy, but did nothing. They are still there, I even reinstalled Firefox, and cleaned up with AppCleaner.
