Has anyone else noticed that after upgrading to Quantum 57 on a Mac the Network Proxy settings change from "Use system proxy settings" to "No proxy"? We have seen this behaviour on two machines so far. Either way do you know whether it is still the case with this release that we have to distribute a prefs.js file if we want to manage those settings in a corporate environment?

I couldn’t find any recent bugs affecting this change for Firefox 57, nor confirmations, but can tell you that it would be a risk to do so, affecting many users.

Would it be possible your machines use some add-on that no longer works in 57, reverting the setting to No proxy (even though its default is to use System proxy settings), or another change in a prefs.js or additional mozilla.cfg file is set?
