How to make fonts smooth again?

In my Win10 settings "Smooth edges of screen fonts" disabled due to Windows quite dumb and smoothing both vector and raster fonts. Raster fonts used in IDE and Notepad++. Before Firefox updated to v57 somehow I managed to enable smooth fonts in Firefox only, but after upgrade vector fonts looks ugly. How to make them smooth back again in browser only?
