How to edit a search engine label?

Once one goes to about:preferences#search, one sees a list of search engines. But sometimes the automatically-generated label is incorrect or unsatisfactory. For instance, adding amazon.ca yielded "Amazon Search Suggestions" which is not telling me which of amazon.ca and amazon.com I'd be using. How does one edit the search engine label?
