NEW problem using Windows 10. More often than not Firefox cannot complete TLS handshake with Facebook ( google, and others).

This is a relatively new problem, before everything worked fine if somewhat slow. If it gets past the TLS handshake, some of the content (in facebook), appears 'faded' (out of date). Also everything works fine using a significantly faster computer, running Windows 7. Looks to me like a timeout/timing problem.
