I have Windows 7- 64 bit Op. Syst., just updated my Firefox (54) to 64 bit also. Simple question: Do I need an Adobe Flash player 64 bit? ( mine is 32 bit)

I have buffering problems, crashes, freezes, skips, and some content will not download at all. This happened w/ the Firefox 32 bit also. Both player and browser crashes....With Mozilla upgrading to 54. I ran in safe mode also......some problems seemed a hair better....any suggestions about Adobe Flash?

You posted here with the 64-bit version of Firefox and do need the 64-bit version of Flash.

You can get it here - https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ - with the web browser that you need it for. That page will give you the correct version that is needed for the web browser that your are using when you load that page.

But make sure that you deselect the Optional offers in the center of that page, unless to want them. Not recommended.
