Firefox crashes
When I open Firefox it immediately opens the crash error report and asks me to send the information to Mozilla.
If I click Restart Firefox it will try to open again but the first one doesn't close (I need to force quit) and so it returns an error.
The crash ID is bp-676af45c-4796-45f0-aa84-926671170502

What are you using as your home/start page?
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
Starting in safe mode doesn't help - still get the crash error report.
This crash seems related to NTLM authentication, which usually involves signing into a Windows-based server using your Windows username and password. Does that sound like something that would happen immediately at startup, due to your home page, or a proxy server, or some other reason?
I'm trying to log on at work which would be through a windows server... is there any way to fix it?
Sorry, I don't really know how that works on a Mac. When did this problem begin -- was it after an update to Firefox or an update to other software on your Mac?
There hasn't been any updates that I can recall. I did reinstall firefox though.
