have to click links twice when the pop up blocker banner comes up, how can i have the normal lik open while the blocker is doing its job?

looks like it was ad blocker ultimate that was doing it...disabled it and the banner comes up but it loads the links now!!!
have swapped add block plus and its fine

What is the blocker? Does this happen on all websites, some, a few?
pop up blocker ultimate
happens on all sites if something gets blocked...what ever i clicked on doesn't open and the pop up banner shows at the top then i have to click the link again to get it to open.
if i say to not show the banner i still have to click twice if it blocks something it just doesnt show the banner
its frustrating
