case "slowed browser" - changing tabs IS WHITEFLASHING THE USER when other than white is set as window background color

case anything than white is set as window background - and system IS SLOWED down (for ex. by a webpage) - changing to another tab results in FF REVERTING BACK TO WHITE BACKGROUND...... and seconds may pass before displaying the user preferred color. that resulting WHITEFLASHING THE USER. and thats bad. - FF programdefault background should be a BLACK "blank" color - i dont like to be flashed, how do YOU?>?
