sometimes i get a page coming on screen it is grey in colour and has the fox icon on the left - saying i could improve my browsing security by downloading extra

hello, could you please do a screenshot the next time this happens. it certainly sounds phishy, but who knows... also if it's a whole new web site that is poping up it is most likely not from mozilla (and we would only use domains on mozilla.org)
