The enter key suddenly doesn't work in the address bar.

The enter key will no longer work in Firefox 50.0.2 in Windows 7. The "GO" arrow does work. I have disabled hardware acceleration, run Firefox in safe mode, and gone through my add-ons (all of which were working until now) disabling each one at a time until all were disabled, and the problem persists. This not a killer, since the Go arrow works, but it is an inconvenience.

Any ideas?

I have the same problem! New computer, just installed firefox, and the enter key does not work for the firefox url bar. It works for chrome, so it's something wrong with firefox.
