That type of crash appears to be related to this Bugzilla report. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1290403

The cause of that crash is related to chtbrkg.dll which is considered Malware. That file is probably located here: c \windows\ system32 \chtbrkg.dl

Manually delete that file and then follow this support section: How do I get rid of malware?
