Constantly while using Firefox the webpages do not fully or properly load and I have to sit and wait for a long while before it does, but sometimes it never does and I have to give up my internet work. I am attaching a picture of what I am referring to.

Is this with one website, several, many?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

more options

The problem is with many websites. As I am scrolling down the page, the text morphs into big lines that drag down the page. Sometimes I can wait and it will eventually load properly. Often I wait and it never properly loads.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)

First, let me thank you for continuing to advise me on this problem. Second, I did disable hardware acceleration and so far this evening I have not had any further problem. I did type 'about:crashes' into the address bar, none of the reports had BP in front of them. When I clicked on the link the page that opened indicated "Crash Not Found" (or something like that) for every one. Now they all have a 'BP' in front of them. Did you still need me to copy crash reports and paste them to you?

If you are no longer having problems, that is good. Don't worry about those reports.
