All of a sudden the email is filtering out emails that i want? and i set up a junk folder so i thought maybe it would go there however i am not.
I have 2 computers in my office that are set up to the same email. One computer gets everything and the other started filtering where it doesn't even go to my junk folder and now I am missing emails?

Is it set up as POP3 or IMAP?
POP3 is supposed to download mail from server unless you tell it to leave it on sever for a certain time or until you delete it. If you or a filter then move a mail out of inbox its "deleted" from inbox and server. Then your second pc cant download.
IMAP is like a peeking into folders on the server. You can tell it to download a copy. But you are working on the server, so if you or a filter delete a mail (or move) from inbox its deleted from servers inbox. If pc 1 moves mail to another folder on the server and pc 2 hasn't subscribed to that folder, pc 2 can't see them

I never changed anything on that It just started one day where I couldn't get my messages. However on the other computer you can find those messages in the junk folder when I use to get those in my inbox.
To me it sounds like adaptive junk mail controle is doing it. Even if you have both pc set up as copies of each other, this filter is not the same.
Check account settings / Junk settings on both pc. Try deselecting Adaptive junk mail control on both pc and see if it changes anything. Also check global junk preference (button) that it is to your liking
