Browser swichted into older sync version and disconnected my sync account
Dear Sir or Madam,
I use your browser on two devices which were connected to one account at your server and synced. Yesterday a browser at my desktop checked for compatibility and today I opened a browser which is disconnected from my account right now but what is worse the version of synchronization is several month old (no current bookmarks, links and so on)!!
If I knew a password to my account or you were able to send it to my inbox that would be great. However that is not the case.
I have read several of your tips but to be honest with you I am not sure if I should use "reset a password" because I am really afraid of losing all my settings, bookmarks, passwords, links.... from the second device which has been still connected to your sync server.
I would really appreciate your advice.
