new tab in outlook does not work with firefox can not write or send email.

When using firefox & outlook for my mail the new tab does not work but if I use Edge then it works fine. It did work a couple of weeks ago but not any longer though all the buttons except new & reply still work. Win 10 for several months & just upgraded to the current version of Firefox with no change in the problem.
