Trying to log into my my bank, it has always had my password saved and I do not have to type it but i know it by heart. When it said it was wrong I typed it in myself tried it several times. Finally just said I forgot it send me a new one and they did but it will not work either.

Your query does not suggest an issue with Firefox, but possibly an issue with the banks service. I strongly recommend you get in contact with their support team or visit your local branch office and they should be able to help you with this.

I notice that you are using an old version of Firefox. I strongly recommend you update to make sure that you have the latest stability and security fixes as well and useful new features. You can read more about how to update Firefox here.
