Will not accept my password and it has my password saved under one of my bookmarks

Trying to log into my my bank, it has always had my password saved and I do not have to type it but i know it by heart. When it said it was wrong I typed it in myself tried it several times. Finally just said I forgot it send me a new one and they did but it will not work either.
