Gmail doesn't work with Firefox
Hello, I have a problem with Gmail and Firefox. I can't load my gmail mailbox in the normal view (in HTML it's possible). I use a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with Firefox 43.0.3. A new installation of Firefox doesn't work and I don't use any plugins.
This problem doesn't exist on internet explorer, chrome,...

hi, please try to clear the cache & cookies from google.com and reload the page and see if this is making a difference.
Hey Philipp, thanks for your answer. I already tried this, I also deleted all Temp files, that doesn't help.
could you go to the firefox menu ≡ > help ? > troubleshooting information, copy the contents of that page and paste them here into a reply on the forum? this might give us a clue what is going on...

unfortunately nothing unusual is apparent there. do you get any particular error messages or is the gmail interface just stuck getting loaded?
The gmail interface just stuck getting loaded. There is no error message or anything else.
I do have the same problem with Firefox, when I open gmail I always get the following message

to access my mail I have to reload the page at least 3-4 times
Any hint? Thank you in advance for any help you can provide,
