I keep getting spam webpages opening up which is why I uninstalled Chrome and came to you but it is still happening despite 2 resets on my phone. I can't find any add-on that stops them either.

There are many add-ons that are made to block adds like ghostry, disconnect, add-block lite and so on.. You can try any of these to stop popping of these adds and Web pages
