I just restored a fifteen year old computer. It runs on Windows XP. When I go in on internet explorer and try to download Firefox, I get security messages. I've tried to override the blockage by going to security in tools, but nothing works.

Thank you for your fast reply. I'm having to give up on connecting to the internet on XP. I haven't used this computer for 7 years. I have certificate errors. Microsoft no longer supports XP. I've enjoyed viewing the files I put on this computer as early as 2001. I may update the motherboard and move on to a later version of windows.

You can download Firefox on any other computer and save the file to an USB stick to install the file on the Windows XP computer. You need at least XP service pack 2 or better SP 3.

Thank you. I downloaded the setup file on a Windows 7 computer, moved it to my XP computer and ran the setup.
