Will refresh keep my address book?

I see that my bookmarks will be saved if I refresh Firefox, but it doesn't say that my Address Book will be saved.  ??

Chosen solution

Normally your address book is stored by a website, and not by Firefox. If you can access the identical address book by visiting the website in Internet Explorer, then refreshing Firefox should not affect it.
